Youth Ministry Mission

We exist to equip a generation of spiritually strong thinkers and leaders who are committed followers of Jesus Christ, fearless in faith, fervent in service, and focused to walk in the authority of God.

Positioning Statement

We envision:

  • Young People actively participating in age-appropriate biblically based programs to gain knowledge, skills and abilities that they willing demonstrate in their everyday lives.
  • Young People excelling academically, socially, emotionally, economically and spiritually, which represents the holistic requirement of God.
  • Young People seamlessly intergrated into the fabric of the larger church community discovering and utilizing their gifts and talents
  • Parents/Guardians who are the primary teachers and guides for their children, actively involved in the youth programs and activities.
  • Parents/Guardians who are instilling in their children high standards of morality and ethics, leaving a legacy for generations to come.
  • Adult Program Volunteers who continually answer the call from Christ, nurturing their own gifts and teaching the Word of God in a way that is both interactive and relevant to the issues and challenges facing youth today.
  • Adult Program Volunteers who work in unity with one another, actively supporting, promoting, encouraging, and living the doctrine of the Apostolic Church of God.

Critical Outcomes

Our approach is built on the concept of Whole Life Worship, the principles found in Romans 12:1–3, which sets the expectation of our youths' behaviors:

  • We are to present our bodies to God as living sacrifices
  • We are to renew our minds and, thus, change our lives
  • We are to avoid conforming to the world’s ways
  • We are to prove we belong to God by doing His will
